On Tuesday, 7 April the Land Registry introduced revised forms ID1 and ID2 to reflect the right of CILEx Conveyancing Practitioners to act as signatories to these forms. The Land Registry has also opened up identity forms for authorisation by Chartered Legal Executives.
Guidance for completing forms ID1 and ID2 has been updated to reflect these changes.
